These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bnn5 governing all use of the bnn5 platform, including the casino, sportsbook, payment services and all associated features accessible through bnn5.org.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any feature on bnn5.org, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use bnn5. These terms apply to all players regardless of location, including players in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad and all other cities across Pakistan.
You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use bnn5. Age verification is mandatory and enforced at registration and before first withdrawal.
Each player is permitted a single bnn5 account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited without prior notice.
All bonus funds carry specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering multipliers and eligible games are stated on each individual promotion page.
bnn5 reserves the right to request identity documents (CNIC, passport) at any time. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals paused pending completion of KYC checks.

All disputes are subject to bnn5's internal resolution process first. Players must contact support within 30 days of the disputed event. bnn5's decision on game outcomes is final.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
References to "including" or "such as" are illustrative and do not limit the generality of the preceding words. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a bnn5 account and to participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 or older. bnn5 strictly enforces this requirement and will close any account where the registered Player is found to be under the minimum age, forfeiting any balance held in such account.
2.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual is entitled to hold one (1) bnn5 account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods or device identifiers — constitute a material breach of these Terms. bnn5 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances therein without compensation.
2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. bnn5 is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a Player.
2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain a bnn5 account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees of bnn5 or immediate family members of such employees; (c) persons who have been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform; (d) persons acting on behalf of a third party.
2.5 KYC Verification. bnn5 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the Player's relationship with the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or government-issued photo identification, and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bnn5 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 bnn5 will never contact you via SMS, email or live chat to request your password. Any such communication purportedly from bnn5 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
3.3 Any activity conducted through your bnn5 account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not it was actually carried out by you personally. bnn5 bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.
3.4 You must notify bnn5 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bnn5 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a strong, unique password that is not shared with other platforms.
3.5 bnn5 reserves the right to lock an account if it detects unusual login behaviour, including access from an unrecognised device or geographic location that is inconsistent with a Player's historical pattern.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bnn5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Debit/Credit Cards. bnn5 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is stated on the Cashier page of the bnn5 Platform and may vary by payment method. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal processing times are tiered according to a Player's VIP status as follows:

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit by the same Account holder. bnn5 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods registered to a different individual. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on bnn5 are denominated in PKR. bnn5 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are the Player's responsibility.
4.6 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases take effect after a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period in accordance with bnn5's responsible gaming obligations.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions offered by bnn5 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page. These Terms & Conditions form the overarching framework within which all promotional terms operate.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements before a withdrawal request will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following default contribution rates apply: Live Dealer Games — 10%; Table Games (RNG) — 10%; Slots — 100%; Sports Betting — 100%; Crash and Dice Games — 50%. bnn5 reserves the right to adjust contribution rates at any time.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. bnn5 monitors bonus usage patterns across accounts. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, making low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their spirit — will have bonuses voided, may have winnings from such activity confiscated, and may have their account permanently closed.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period after which unused bonus balances are removed from the account. Expiry dates are stated on each promotion. Expired bonus balances will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
6.1 Casino Games. All casino games available on the bnn5 Platform — including live dealer games, slots and table games — are provided by internationally licensed third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for RNG titles, and by real-time dealer actions for live dealer titles. bnn5 does not control or manipulate game outcomes.
6.2 Published RTPs. Return to Player (RTP) percentages published on bnn5 for each game are based on independently audited long-term statistical data provided by the game's licenced developer. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
6.3 Sportsbook Bet Placement. A bet is confirmed only when bnn5 has displayed a bet confirmation screen and issued a unique bet reference number. bets placed through automated scripts or third-party software are prohibited and will be voided.
6.4 PSL and Cricket Markets. For PSL, Test, T20I and ODI cricket markets, bnn5 reserves the right to void bets on matches that are abandoned, cancelled or materially altered from their original format. 6.5 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data feed availability. bnn5 shall not be held liable for bet acceptance delays arising from data feed interruptions or communication failures beyond its control.
6.6 Maximum Payout. bnn5 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, game sessions or sports markets. Maximum payout limits are stated in the relevant game or market information and may be changed at any time.
7.1 bnn5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. All casino games, live dealer tables and sports betting services — including cricket and basketball markets — are intended strictly for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a primary source of income.
7.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bnn5 players from their account dashboard without restriction:
7.3 Self-Exclusion Process. A Player may activate self-exclusion immediately and without administrative delay through their account settings or by contacting bnn5 support. Once self-exclusion is activated, bnn5 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new account on the Platform during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period has elapsed.
7.4 21+ Requirement. If bnn5 reasonably suspects that a Player is under the minimum age, the account will be suspended pending age verification, and any winnings earned during the period of suspected underage access will be withheld.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bnn5 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
8.2 bnn5 actively monitors accounts for prohibited activity using automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bnn5 reserves the right to: void any winnings derived from such activity; confiscate the account balance; close the account permanently; report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.
8.3 Decisions made by bnn5 under this section are final and not subject to further appeal except where required by applicable law.
9.1 All content on the bnn5 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the bnn5 brand name — is the intellectual property of bnn5 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, modifying or creating derivative works from any Platform content; scraping or data-mining the Platform; using bnn5 branding or trademarks without prior written consent.
9.3 Any unauthorised use of bnn5 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.
10.1 bnn5 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bnn5 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to bnn5.org or any part of the Platform.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bnn5 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; (b) any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform; (c) losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment system outages; (d) losses arising from the Player's own failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
10.3 bnn5's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of all claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits bnn5's liability for death or personal injury caused by bnn5's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter which cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 Termination by Player. Any Player may close their bnn5 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure.
11.2 Termination by bnn5. bnn5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering or prohibited activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification when requested; (d) a valid self-exclusion request by the account holder; (e) requirements of applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.3 Where an account is closed by bnn5 due to prohibited conduct, bnn5 may retain the account balance as a civil remedy for the loss and damage caused by the prohibited conduct. bnn5 will provide written notification of this decision and the grounds for it.
12.1 bnn5 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on bnn5.org/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, bnn5 will use reasonable efforts to notify Players via the email address registered to their account.
12.2 Continued use of the bnn5 Platform following publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
12.3 bnn5 recommends that Players review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of their current obligations.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of the bnn5 Platform are governed by international gaming licensing standards and the applicable principles of the jurisdiction in which bnn5 operates.
13.2 Internal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, Players must first contact bnn5 support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. bnn5 will investigate and provide a written response within ten (10) business days. All disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlements or promotional terms must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the relevant event.
13.3 bnn5's decisions on all technical matters — including game outcome verification, RNG certification, and live dealer hand resolution — are final and binding. bnn5 relies on certified technical records for all such decisions.
13.4 Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, Players may refer the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body in accordance with the licensing conditions applicable to the bnn5 Platform. Details of the applicable ADR body are available upon request from [email protected].
